Employee function is used to create, to modify, to view, and to delete records for individuals. The Employee records store information of individuals such as employee code, laborers, asset owners, and supervisors who receive workflow notifications.
An employee record is a record for an individual whose employee code could appear as a text field value. Workflow assignments are made to working locations. A working location resolve to a person or a group.
Every employee who take a part in workflow process must has a record. Specially, e-mail address is required.
Launch command EMP- Employee. Fill in the necessary information.
