After defining participators in process, you have to arrange them to created working locations.
People in a location have the same responsibility. So the task is assigned to all members of a working location. An staff may take a part in different locations in a process or in different processes.
To assign employee to working locations, launching the command EAWG - Employee Assignment.
Even a staff has role in different groups, we always want to know which is his official location. To manage this, in the unofficial locations, selecting staff's record and ticking Concurrent.
