Workflow processes use actions to move records through a process and to trigger events, such as status changes. You define actions in the Phoebus Actions function- PFA. ( See more in guide:  Form Designer)

Actions is mostly use for calling additional report, which help employee at working location check other aspect of the working case. Another common use of actions is allows user to perform Posting, marking, or other type of processing over processing data.

A document can include many actions. In this section of workflow process, you determine which action will be appear in a step.
